Every month my husband's work does a birthday celebration with cake for whoever's birthday was that month. They usually take turns with who brings cake or other yummies in. This month it was his turn. I decided to take the chance to make Bakerella's Cupcake Pops.
They are basically smashed up cake mixed with icing and then covered in melting chocolate.

I think their great. and just so cute.
Heres my first attempt at making them. I decided on blue and pink since they would be celebrating boy and girl birthdays. (how grade-school did that sound? :P)
